OTR Team Limited (Company No. 10383121), a company connected to the Group through a historic shareholding in Rohan Corporation Group Ltd, was placed into compulsory liquidation following a winding-up petition. This means the liquidation was initiated by a creditor petition to the court, rather than by the company's own directors or shareholders.
OTR Team Limited previously held Redeemable Preference shares in Rohan Corporation Group Ltd. Those shares, along with any other assets of OTR Team Limited, now fall under the control of the Official Receiver as part of the liquidation estate, and will be dealt with in accordance with UK insolvency law.
