The intention is to provide lending, capital advisory, and investment management services once regulatory authorisation is in place, focused initially on Greater London and the Midlands.

Cultural Capital Ltd is not yet authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Authorisation is in progress. Until it is granted, Cultural Capital cannot lawfully carry on regulated lending, advisory, or investment activities, and this page does not offer or invite anyone to take up any such service.
The company intends to align its policies with FCA requirements including SM&CR, COBS and PRIN, alongside AML/KYC procedures and GDPR compliance, as part of the authorisation process.
